Credit Policy
Product ordered from this website can be returned if STARNBERG is informed within 7 days of dispatch. Product must be undamaged, in the original sealed packaging, and returned to STARNBERG, at customer expense. Returned stock must be accompanied by the original Invoice.
EPI-NO products are covered by a 2 Year manufacturer's warranty. In the event that any product is found to be defective, it will be replaced by STARNBERG on receipt of the defective unit and the original Invoice. This Warranty covers the original purchaser. In the event that a product is damaged as the result of failure to follow the manufacturers instruction for use and care, this replacement policy will not apply.

Replacement balloons are not available for purchase under the registration requirements for EPI-NO.
Shipping Information
STARNBERG dispatches orders to on-line and phone-in customers using Australia Post Express Post (Next Day Delivery to major centres) . Depending upon location / Australia Post conditions, shipments will arrive between 1 and 3 working days from the date of placing the order.
Within Australia
STARNBERG use Australia Post Express Post or Australia Post Parcel Post (some remote locations) for all shipments within Australia. Parcels are generically packaged for privacy and security.
Express Post shipments are coded and scanned, and can be tracked.

Outside Australia (except New Zealand and Hong Kong)
STARNBERG use Australia Post Express Courier International for all shipments to Asia. Parcels are packaged in Australia Post packaging/satch

Note: ECI shipments generally are received 1 week from date of dispatch and can be tracked by the customer via the Australia Post website. A duplicate Invoice is sent separately by Air Mail.
